ONE YEAR TOUCH-UP AND SYSTEM CHECK
Even though our team uses the best materials that we know of, we know that living in a home comes with its fair share of wear and tear. One year after completion of your HRP Signature series home, we will come in and touch up all paint and caulking, check the wear of your flooring, check all of your mechanical systems. These checks will be performed even if you have not had any issues out of your systems

Buying a new home can be a big risk with the nature of the North Texas real estate climate. With short supply of homes and high demand, builders are throwing up houses as fast as possible. This can lead to mistakes and carelessness. Many North Texas areas do not require 3rd party inspections to be completed furthering the chance of mistakes not being corrected.
All of our homes come backed by a 10 year transferrable structural home warranty from one of the largest Home Warranty company in the country .
What does that mean for the homeowner?
While we as the builder stand by our homes, you have a 3rd party company that completes inspections of your home throughout the process to ensure quality. They then back our work with a warranty. This warranty comes with your home and does not require any payment after construction. Even though we feel like you will love your home so much you could never think of selling we know that life happens. You home warranty is transferrable to the new owner if you sell your home within that ten year period. What a great selling point to offer to a seller!
