Josh and Garrett's combined experience in the construction industry spans over two decades. With backgrounds in residential and commercial construction, they bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. JOSH RUTLEDGE
Managing Partner
Josh is a resident of Caddo Mills along with his wife Faith, who is a Registered ICU nurse at Hunt Regional Medical Center. They have two beautiful little girls Grace and Paislee. Josh is a former school teacher and coach. He began building with his father who was a Custom Home builder, and found a passion for building unique homes , while building homes with his father.
GARRETT HARRIS
Managing Partner
Garrett is a resident of Mabank along with his wife Sierra, who is a Registered Nurse at Baylor- Dallas. Garrett began his career in the telecommunications field as a General Contractor for AT&T building and inspecting service towers. Garrett successfully managed crews and communicated with municipal inspectors to ensure efficient construction of cell towers.Garrett has an abundance of experience running multiple crews and ensuring quality and craftsmanship are never compromised.
